MailerID for the Legal Market
MailerID makes it possible to establish a trusted and
secure communication between a legal firm and its clients.
The set-up time for each new client is only a few minutes and
does not require any specialist skills. The set-up for the law
firm is typically covered during one day of installation, set-up
and training and does not require new hardware.
From a day to day usage perspective, the only difference will
be a button on the email client where the user can select to encrypt
and/or sign the email before it is sent.
For security reasons, a policy can be established that allows one,
two or more partners to, by working together, gain access to any
encrypted email that has come in to the firm.

During the initial set-up we will prepare an installation
kit that we will make available to your clients from a special
area on our website. Or, you can distribute this kit directly
to your clients.
The client will need to register with us to get a license
key but we will invoice you for each client license to let you
stay in control of your client relationship.

5 Easy Steps
Step 1 - Prepare the organisation
We will help you plan the introduction of this solution to your
clients and internal users.
After this meeting we will launch a personalized MailerID webpage
for your law firm on our website.
You can now tell your clients about your new offer – MailerID for safe emailing.
Step 2 - MailerID Web page
The client visits the personalized MailerID webpage to register
and download software and instructions.
This action will inform us about the client’s wish to sign up for
this service and we will contact you to verify that this is a client of yours.
Step 3 - License issued
After we have verified the client, we will send them the license keys.
The client will be guided through the install process by the step by step
instructions downloaded from the webpage.
Step 4 - Exchange public keys
The client has already received your public keys in the download,
and they will now send their keys to you.
When you receive the public key from your client, you double
click on the file and it will be automatically imported to your system.
